A practical guide to managing documents, mapping, workflows, tasks, customers, accounts, and data management. Each module explains what it means and how it works — pick one from the side menu.
The whole system in one page
EDMS is a single platform where documents, customers, accounts, approval workflows, and tasks live together. Instead of files scattered across emails and shared drives, every document is stored securely in one place, linked to the right business records, and routed automatically through your organisation's approval processes.
Documents are uploaded to secure cloud storage and their metadata is saved in the database.
Documents are categorised and mapped to the business entity they belong to (a customer or account).
Workflows defined on account types automatically generate approval tasks when a document is mapped.
Tasks are auto-assigned to the users who hold the matching role, or left unassigned for an administrator to pick up.
Every action is recorded in the audit log and people are kept in the loop with in-app notifications.
Use the side menu to explore each module: Documents, Mapping, Workflows, Tasks, Customers, Self-Service Registration, Accounts, Live Memos, Notifications, User Management, Security, and Data Management. Each module page explains what the module means and how it works.
Start with the What's New module to catch up on the latest additions — stepped registration, subscription plans, first-login OTP, the public pricing page, landlord billing features, the Data Management module for backups, migration, and replication, the self-service registration portal, the rich document template editor, and the Live Memos module.
Staff upload and map documents, users with the right roles approve them, and administrators configure workflows, users, permissions, and account types. The badge on the Tasks menu always shows how many pending tasks you have.
Document changes, task actions, permission changes, and logins are all recorded in the audit log so you always know who did what and when.
